Return Policy

You possess the legal right to cancel either a portion or the entirety of your Order up to 72 hours before the scheduled date. If you have already made a payment to us, you may also request a refund.

If a refund is owed to you, it will be processed within 14 working days after we receive your notification of Order cancellation. The refund will be subject to adjustment for any outstanding amounts due by you to us.

Refunds will be issued via net banking. To facilitate this process, kindly provide us with your bank account details in writing. Rest assured, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Regarding the Services, please note that you will not be eligible for a refund for any portion of the Services that has been performed prior to your notification of cancellation.

Cancellation charges of INR 1000 + taxes apply if the confirmed pick-up/delivery is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pick-up date for any reason. However, no cancellation charges will be imposed if you choose to reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.

 

Additional services

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
